All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Within India: 3–7 business days
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotional offers.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp so you can track your delivery in real-time.

📦 Packaging

We take extra care in packaging collectibles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items are securely packed with protective materials.

Return & Refund Policy

At Prime Merch Studios, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. As most of our items are collectibles, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

🔁 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Product is damaged during transit
You received a wrong item
Product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories intact
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for damaged or incorrect items

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products
Minor box dents (common in collectibles unless product inside is damaged)
Items purchased during sale/discount offers
Change of mind or personal preference

📩 Return Process

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp/Email
Share:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Our team will verify and approve the request within 2–3 business days

💸 Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability

🔄 Replacement Policy

If the same product is available, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
If unavailable, a full refund will be provided

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost
Customers may be required to assist in coordinating the return pickup
